Cancellation & No-Show Policy — Sequoia Miami
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because our providers, rooms, equipment, and treatment time are scheduled in advance, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be considered a late cancellation.
Clients who do not show up to their appointment, arrive too late to receive the service, or cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the appointment and the full value of the scheduled treatment.
For prepaid treatments or packages, the missed appointment will be counted as one completed session and will be deducted from the client’s package. For single prepaid treatments, the payment for that appointment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
We understand emergencies can happen, and Sequoia Miami may review special circumstances at its sole discretion. However, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment before booking future appointments.
